Mr. Plumber is an A+ service! Booking my appointment was essential, I was booked first thing the following morning. To my surprise, I was called back 15min after booking, letting me know they were able to get someone out to me right then and there! To say the least, I was ecstatic and relieved. My problem was their problem, and my plumber was at my house 20 minutes later! I am beyond grateful for the urgency they showed. Chad was able to figure out my problem within minutes!!!! From there, he advised me on some other issues I was looking to run into sooner than later down the road. Chad then proceeded to take on all the jobs I wanted done! Efficient, clean, and a job well done indeed. I can't thank you enough for all you did for our home! God bless and take care 🙂

I cannot say enough good about this company. Jeremy arrived within a few hours of my call. The leaking in my ceiling turned out to not be a plumbing problem, but he went above and beyond in his effort to determine what was happening and what my next steps should be. He also took care of a clogged bathroom drain. I will definitely be calling them back for future work. Helpful and professional. They’re just an overall good company!

I had a plumbing issue after hours and on a weekend and my friend recommended Mr. Plumber. I am so glad I called! They were here within an hour and Chris B. was spot on. He explained everything he was doing and gave me options for fixes down the road. He was very personable and professional and I will now be a returning customer. Great job!

I've been using Mr. Plumber for a few years now for standard maintenance on my HVAC system and for a few plumbing issues beyond my skill set. I've found them to be very professional and they do a good job at a fair price. I recently bought a new HVAC system and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and price. No new HVAC system is cheap but they didn't push an upgrade and very up front with costs and needed repairs. Highly recommended.

Over the course of a month, I discovered clogs in some of my French drains as well as the main sewer line. Chris responded to the frantic calls with calmness, expertise and compassion. He helped me plan how to manage moving forward and was very respectful of my property. I feel he’s honest and cares about the work he does. I highly recommend!

Wow!! Every one of their guys always do an amazing job for me! From my office to my home. I have to tell you though that Tom did the most outstanding job recently at our office. We had a gas leak (18 different spots to be exact) and Tom spent countless hours here to fix it! We had thought we would have to tear down walls to locate the issues but nope! Tom was able to get us fixed up with little to no interior tear down! Amazing work and I will always call on Mr. Plumber for our needs!! Thanks so much!!

Mr.Plumber is one of the worst companies you could imagine. They came to do work at my grandmothers home, charged an obscene amount of money, even though we had the materials for the said issue, and she is still having the same issue. He removed the trap which he said was the problem. Basically tore the entire floor and wall out, removed the toilet, and there is still water coming through the floor. Now Aaron convinced my grandma that, after he did this work, there would be no more issues. The problem still exists. We have been calling them all week to resolve the problem they didn’t fix in the first place, and now want to charge my grandmother an extra two grand for something that was supposed to be fixed. My grandmothers house in unsafe unsanitary conditions. You can’t take a shower, can’t flush the toilets, cant wash the dishes or anything. The same issues she was having from the beginning. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS, AND MOST DEFINITELY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY. ITS DEFINITELY ASAME FOR THIS TO BE GOING ON FOR OVER A WEEK TO NO AVAIL. They now leave me with no choice but to file a complaint with the attorney general office, the EEOC to get this resolved. When it shouldn’t even have come to this.
